Feet are fragile - regardless of how big and strong your opponent might be!
In fact, feet are similarly attractive targets as knees due to their their fragility without regard to size or strength - everyone's feet are equally fragile. There is one exception however:
Feet are much easier targets than knees!
It's really simple:
If you get attacked and your attackers feet are in range - just stomp!
The effectiveness level of "stomp the feet"? Extremely high!
The skill level needed? None!
Time to perfect? None!
Practice required: None!
Age, size, gender requirements for effectiveness? None!
That's practical! Even your kids, regardless of age, can effectively utilize this highly effective self defense tool!
